The SOLARNOR collector is a modular building element serving as the skin of roof- or façade. The solar collector delivers heat to a heat central, which is the heat source for low temperature room heating and domestic hot water. The solar collector is also suitable for production of domestic hot water in larger systems like hospitals, hotels, sport facilities etc.

The SOLARNOR heat store offers the freedom to accumulate the energy when it is available or is economically beneficial, and to utilise it when it is needed. The heat capacity corresponds usually to 1 - 3 days heat demand. The heat store can be heated during day time by solar energy or during night time by taking advantage of low-cost night tariffs for electricity. It is also useful in combination with bioenergy, oil, gas or heat pumps.
